Another question to those better informed than me.

Regarding the handing in of this 'ekvivalencia' paper. If I went to room 44 on Thursday will I find them willing to take mark book or will they tell me to bugger off and come at their "opening hours" (which if I remember correctly does not include Thursday)?

That's the one! you have to ask Dr. szigetva to sign it (and find a proper code, too), and hand it in at TO (tanrendi és felmentési (ekvivalencia) ügyek Téren Gyöngyi, Horváth Hella, fsz. 44.) till the end of the 3rd week of the semester (noon, Feb. 24th, if I'm not mistaken). Please note, that you will have to hand in your markbook with the "kérelem", so you have to have all your courses of the semester in your markbook by that time.

It's an Excel chart (don't know why). I put a pdf here: http://seas3.elte.hu/tmp/tanegyseg_bef_ker.pdf

(Don't print page 2!)

is it just for me or does that document not open correctly? My Word opens it all funny with the writing all over the pages (spread out over 5 pages)- margins everywhere.

actually, if they remain as they are (i.e. ANN-xxx), they are to be "szakos többlet" which does not count as "közismereti", therefore you must find another (ZAN) code for it (them) in order to count it (them) as a "közismereti tanegység". Also, you have to hand in an "ekvivalencia kérelem" to the TO so it can count as "közismereti". Good luck!

Good news then. What about this 'ekvivalencia kerelem'? Is there a due date for these forms? And where will I find this form? I tried looking on the TO's webpage but I couldn't find it. Very good news nonetheless :)

Hello to all the well-informed,

Question: I'm probably going to be taking up some 44 credits this semester just so I can finish in time at SEAS after spending 4 glorious years here (with the odd hiccup but enjoyable nonetheless). Now I'm 1 credit short of the 100 credits needed for the so-called 'Kozismereti' courses. But I took up 2 extra ANN-322 courses a semester ago (worth an extra 4 credits) than the amount needed for the 24 specialisation credits. Can they in anyway be counted towards the 100 credits? I mean I don't think I can handle another course (would be worth 2 credits anyway) and no way am I going to enrol for another semester for 1 credit. Any suggestions from anyone?
