This Information Technology lecture was definitely very useful. What is actually surprising (at least for me) is that it was interesting as well. I mean students from the Faculty of Arts are usually not particularly involved or interested in computers, we are satisfied with being simple users. However, the construction of the lectures and the focus on matters important for the everyday user was very well done, utterly understandable and motivating.
Finally, thank you for posting last year's exams, I think it helped many people. The only problem is that my 5 is not as much my merit as I wanted it to be (but never mind :) ).

I think this course was interesting and useful, especially for those who are just everyday users and have no idea about what is going on 'inside' the computer. I'm not an expert nor a rookie on this subject, but still, I've learnt things that might come in handy in the future.
Finally, I enjoyed Mr. Szigetvári's lectures the best, anything you explained was clear and understandable. Thank you.

Oh, sure. But 225 students took this course.

Actually, we thought (and sometimes even encouraged) that you would go home and try some of the things mentioned, and ask questions or discuss your experiences here in this forum.

There was (still is) a web page to for practicing regular expressions (which appear to have remained a weak point for most examinees). It received hits from 19 IP addresses, three of which belong to the instructors. Even less, 7, of these addresses dared try it. We find this too few.

Basically I liked the course, although it would have been better if we had computers in front of us to be able to try out all those things we were supposed to learn.
I liked Your humour, and the way You made things interesting which are not that interesting for a lot of people.
Thank You for your work!
