we can take our "szakbejelentő űrlap" from Borka Éva's office from today. But the office is closed (till who knows when). What shall we do to get our papers back?

There is a very extinct explanation on how to do all these things on the noticeboard right in front of Borka Éva's office (Anglisztika secretary). You might want to read it!
