I found the 2004 edition of the univesity-level regulations (ETVSZ), you may find it useful. I couldn't find the faculty edition, though.

If you visit this site, you'll also find the 2004 edition of the "Térítési és Juttatási Szabályzat" (sorry for not attempting to translate the title, I'm in a bit of a hurry...)

ETVSZ is specified by BTK TVSZ, but if you buy it in a printed version, it is not only BTK TVSZ is what you can find, but also ETVSZ and FTV (felsőoktatási törvény) therefore you might find it quite useful. I did at least.

Note that the version there is that of 2003, which I got from http://www.btk.elte.hu. It later disappeared, I got no reply to my query why, and the 2004 version never turned up. Or I was not looking for it long enough. If you find a soft version, please let me know.

As far as I'm concerned, the latest version is the 2003 one. The new one will come out next semester (i.e. fall 2005, or around that time), as far as I know (mainly because of the new system of education).

Please notice that there are existing regulations, therefore before circulating legends and myths, please check out our faculty's TVSZ (Tanulmányi és Vizsga Szabályzat - Regulation of Studies and Exams, if I'm not mistaken) and other documents. Fortunately, our HÖK (Hallgatói Önkormányzat - Students' Commitee) submits us many of these documents at http://www.btk.elte.hu/btkhok/tanulmany ... zatok.html . If you don't like reading on the net, you can also buy our TVSZ at the jegyzetbolt in MUK.

For those who do not speak Hungarian, I may translate a few paragraphs if needed.
