You keep an eye on it and continue nagging the teacher. It's the TO that's actually changing it, they might do in only in July.

Anyway, the teacher said he would sort it out, but since that time nothing happened. Now what?

No, department administrators cannot change marks.

Department administrators [tanszéki adminisztrátorok] can also change the marks, can't they? Or are they only allowed to change <K> marks?

I have got a problem: one of my teachers' entered a false mark in the ETR that is worse than that one I got. I tried to contact him via e-mail and so far I did not get any answer. What if he won't answer this week? Where can I go? :(

Some students submit term papers weeks after the deadline. And some teachers read term papers weeks after the deadline.

 THX. I did not have the slightest idea that this was determined by the ETVSZ. (Especially because I had some seminars in the past the mark for which was only entered in the middle of the exam period...)

Yes, I know it and knew it but they didn't care about it at all, that's the point. :x

Actually, such a change does affect your average (for the better), since the average includes the credit value of the course. So getting a 4 for a 1-credit course and a 5 for a 2-credit course is better than the reverse.

Since it seems to be connected with this topic, I just want to tell the case that happened to me last semester ( I mean 2004 autumn). It was at my other major, where the same teacher taught both the seminar and the lecture part of a class. I got 5 for the seminar (1 credit) and 4 for the lecture exam (2 credits) but the teacher put 4 for the seminar and 5 for the exam in etr by accident. She realised it and reported to the registrar but when I went to my TO lady to have it changed, she said nobody had told them anything. She added that it didn't really change my average so she didn't want to deal with it. So my marks have remained different in my index and in etr so far... I'm sure I'll have problems with this later but I cannot do anything.
