Dunno. Perhaps ask TO. If you can't reach them, put your markbook in the "unregistered in ETR" pile with a note in it saying what you did.

Hi,
What if I have already taken up the courses under the general heading? Will I be doomed forever or is there a way back? ( I didn't see any "unregister" signs up there...)

IMPORTANT: do not take English courses under the general (altalanos) heading.

Motto: Solving problems is fun. No problem, no fun. ETR is great fun.

Part of the problems are already solved. At the Registrar today we looked at the ANN, AMN, AKN and AFN curricula. Katalin Kerbel is the person to praise. It turned out (as we suspected) that they were entered wrongly. The changes made take effect today night, so most of your prerequisite problems should disappear by tomorrow morning. Some will remain though, namely, those which are cause by not having your marks in the system yet. Your foster mother (Bukta Gaborne, believe me she's a very helpful person, but is under enormous strain, be very nice to her) says if you cannot take a subject because of a missing mark, she will enter your mark and then you can.

We also found out that ANN-3 and AMN-3 were represented in such a way that they could be taken one only. There seems to be a solution to this too, but if it is really effective will only turn out tomorrow, when the changes made take effect.

Some courses do not appear in the course lists for reasons we did not understand (AN-362, AN-364, AFN-107, and many others). These courses appear to be okay on the relevant lists. This phenomenon was forwarded to a knowledgeable ETR programmer. There seems to be a fatal bug impeding the appearance of ZAN courses, too.

The problem with methodology courses (AN-362, AN-364, ANN-4) is that the system cannot predict about students whether they wish to have teacher's qualification or not. Therefore it cannot decide whether these courses are obligatory for them. This issue will be addressed. While your anxiety/anger/frustration is justified, and the introduction of the system at this stage was an enormous mistake, once it is there we have to survive it. Staying calm helps.

The deadline for taking courses was extended to 28 February. You should take the courses that you can until then. The important thing is that you have all the courses you want to take in your markbook, with all the seminars signed.

Some bad news too: the problem of students whose "mother" faculty is not BTK (but TTK, PPK or IK) cannot be solved by the BTK Registrar, despite what the other faculties say.
