unfortunately the registration period is over, therefore you might put a note in your index telling what you've done.

Well, all of you are talking about this "general (általános) heading". Can anybody enlighten me what it exactly is or where i can actually find it??? How can i take general courses that are not AN-courses??? I cannot find them anywhere. Or is it just that it's enough to add them to our markbooks?????????

on the upper right corner on your "tárgyjelentkezés" screen.

Yes. Put your markbook in the not-okay box, and put a note saying which courses you could not take in it.

"The problem with methodology courses (AN-362, AN-364, ANN-4) is that the system cannot predict about students whether they wish to have teacher's qualification or not. Therefore it cannot decide whether these courses are obligatory for them. This issue will be addressed. While your anxiety/anger/frustration is justified, and the introduction of the system at this stage was an enormous mistake, once it is there we have to survive it. Staying calm helps. "

I see the point now, but right now I'm a bit worried whether it's ok that i've been unable to take AN-364 as such. Is it ok if i just add it to my markbook with the teacher's signature?

I've committed the same mistake that several of us did, that is ***I took an AM course under "általános" heading. *** I was told to visit TO and ask them to fix it. However, I (with the help of one of my wonderful friends) have found an alternate solution: Visited my ETR page, deselected the course's checkbox under "általános" heading, thus I dropped the course, and then I took it under American Studies heading - problem solved w/o camping some days in front of TO's door... :)

Sure. Write down what you did, and what you failed to do in the ETR.

Take everything you can. Then put a note in your markbook with the courses you could not take (say that these are the courses you could not take). Then give your markbook to the Registrar, they say they will take those courses for you.

The last thing I was told at BTK TO on Tuesday, was that English students should not take English courses under the general heading (and American students American courses, of course). Some students claim that TTK TO and since then BTK TO say you should.

With this I intend to finish my part in this lousy business.

What if I have to take my index to the "kreditbefogadó to-s néni" (sorry, I forgot her name)? Because in my case, she will put my courses on the ETR (as did she last semester)? Shall I make a note to her?
