Professional experience of school life, including lesson observations, teaching and reflective discussions as well as administrative tasks to be carried out under the guidance of a mentor in one of ELTE's practice schools. The ELTE instructor normally attends the "open lesson" and discusses it with the trainee and the school-based mentor. Note that the course does not involve regular on-campus seminars: any seminar times and locations given in Neptun should be ignored.
requirements & assessment
Assessment: Trainees will receive regular feedback from their school-based mentor on their developing teaching competence and their commitment to conscientious lesson planning and thoughtful implementation. The final grade will be given by the mentor.
