The School of English and American Studies (SEAS) at Eötvös Loránd University has two primary goals: research and education. SEAS hosts a BA programme in English and American studies, three MA programmes, and five PhD programmes. The Department of English Linguistics (DELG) is a department of SEAS, responsible for the linguistic component of its BA and MA programmes, as well as for the PhD programme in English linguistics.
